Laboratory
Sulzer Metaplas' in-house laboratory allows
it to analyze the performance of our films and to
certify compliance with a variety of customer and
industry requirements. We can conduct most necessary
coatings tests on site, including:
• Color Spectroscopy
• Corrosion: CASS, Salt Spray...
• Hardness
• Wear: Vibratory Abrasion
• Coating Adhesion
• Surface Analysis/Coefficient of Friction
• Thermal Cycling
For more involved testing, Sulzer Metaplas works closely
with an outside laboratory capable of performing SEM,
Auger, X-Ray Fluorescence and other tests.
